We use our first meeting to determine your project goals and establish a preliminary budget.
We create basic drawings of site layouts for you and your architect to use to determine the scale and location of your build’s components.
Contract documents are made to set the project timeline and the cost of each phase. All building permits and insurance requirements are obtained during this period. Our experience allows us to anticipate roadblocks and mitigate them.
Post-construction consists of finishing all processes to hand the building back over to the project owner, including completing all punch list items and a final walkthrough to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
