J.A. Standridge performed a complete remodel on 2 floors of the headquarters building. This included demolition of the existing office spaces and changing the footprint to meet the client’s needs. The project also included a Fun Zone where employees could go to relax and unwind.
The most important challenge for our client was coordinating the work between the 2nd and 3rd floors so that they could continue doing business, as well as managing the client’s vendors, such as the office equipment suppliers, and scheduling in each project phase to complete in a timely manner. We were able to complete the project per the client’s timeline and they were very pleased with the result. They were very complimentary on their experience with working with us as a team. We have performed several projects for the company since then and our relationship has only grown stronger.
