An 18,000 square foot high school with science labs, music labs, classrooms, and an administration wing.
The project was a fast track with a 10-month time frame required to be ready for the new school year. The adjacent elementary school was in session during the construction of the new high school, requiring close coordination with the school staff.
The project was completed on time and below the original budget. We have continued to serve the client with maintenance services as well as new projects as they have come up.
